Yuzu Blue
Yuzu-flavored non-alcoholic cocktails have been growing in popularity recently making the Yuzu Blue on trend and absolutely delicious! Shake up this showstopper for your next time hosting or a night in.
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Alcohol-Free Sparkling Brut
- 2 oz. No-Proof Gin
- .5 oz. Blue Curaçao Syrup
- .5 oz. Monin Yuzu Purée
Method
Shake all ingredients, except no-proof sparkling brut, over ice. Top off with no-proof sparkling brut. Then, roll and strain into a martini glass. Finally, garnish with a lemon twist.
