Catquat Sour
This spunky bourbon cocktail is bound to be your new go-to with apricot, lemon, and honey flavors accompanied with tangy kumquats.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Bourbon
- .75 oz. Apricot Liqueur
- .75 oz. Lemon Juice
- .75 oz. Honey Syrup
- 2 Pickled Kumquats
Method
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a lowball glass over fresh ice. Finally, garnish with a kumquat cat.
